This was my first carrot cake and the first time I attempted to use cream cheese frosting. Next time I will be more careful with the borders...the cream cheese frosting wanted to slip off the edge!

Carrot Cake
This was my first carrot cake and the first time I attempted to use cream cheese frosting. Next time I will be more careful with the borders...the cream cheese frosting wanted to slip off the edge!
