This four layer cake had alternating layers of white cake. Two were tinted a green-blue color and the other two I poked with holes and poured blue raspberry jell-o over the top. The result: a super moist cake that looks really cool!
This is the first time I used a whipped topping to decorate, but I think the wave effect turned out pretty good. A whipped topping is also the perfect compliment to a jell-o cake.
The beach is made out of colored sugar.
